Meet the Founder
I know what it feels like to carry something for so long it starts to feel like you.
I grew up as the quiet one — staying hidden, dimming my light, moving on from every hurt without ever really feeling it. I told myself I was strong. What I didn't know was that I was buried.
It wasn't until a cancer diagnosis stopped me in my tracks that I couldn't move on anymore. For the first time, I had to sit in it. Go through it. Feel every part of it. And that's when God took me back — to my childhood, to the wounds I thought I'd gotten over, to the places I had buried so deep I forgot they were there.
Five years later I am cancer-free. And more than that — I am finally living the life He always had for me. That process changed everything. And it is exactly what I want to walk you through.
Why faith and neuroscience together
For years I’ve heard to renew my mind. The therapist told me to rewire my thinking. But nobody explained why the two were saying the same thing or how to actually do it.
